Bone scan to check if a 6mm hemangioma in my t1. during the scan i saw white spots in my kidneys - one in each kidney. is there hope its nothing?

Yes: Bone scan radioisotope excreted by kidneys. Photopenic areas (white spots) in kidneys suggest a space occupying lesion which is blocking normal excretion. Most likely since bilateral is renal cysts. Ultrasound of the kidneys or CT would confirm
