Fatigue: Your body temperature is normal. Fatigue is a very nonspecific symptom. Since you're worried about getting sick you have a lot of negativity which leads to fatigue. Have a complete physical examination by your physician who will also take a thorough history and system review. Basic lab work will be done to rule out conditions like anemia, iron deficiency, underactive thyroid. This workup will help
