Weight loss: Calories in and calories out is not a good way to loose weight. There are many different types of calories. Please see your doc and ask him/her about a low carb higher good fat food plan called the Ketogenic Diet. It will shift your body to burning fat rather than sugar as fuel. Ask about exercise too. Moderate walking is fine. Peace and good health.
