Eval: Possible causes include: fissures, fistulas, hemorrhoids, cancer, infections or inflammation. Although rough, dry stool could lead to hemorrhoids or bleeding - you can not just assume that is the reason for bleeding. Get evaluated if more than a one time occurence.
