Most common causes include gastritis ulcer and gallstones.. often a trial of acid blocking medicine will reveal if the problem is gastritis or ulcer. An abdominal ultrasound will evaluate for gallstones.

Biliary colic: this could be your gall bladder. it needs to be worked up.
