Probably helpful: Benzodiazapines such as Xanax are very useful for anxiey such as from claustrophobia. Other benzos may be less addictive, such as Ativan. Neurontin can be a safer alternative to benzos for anxiety, consult your FP. Non drug psychotherapy for anxiety such as CBT is very helpful.
