Hi i had a septoplasty on last thursday ..i had paracodeine for pain...but for last 3days iam having fever and body ache ..could you please help me?

Post op infection : Until proven otherwise. Delay in excluding this can be serious. Please see a doctor urgently for examination. If this is excluded then may be appropriate to combine paracode with anti inflammatory medications

Septoplasty: I always put patients with mustaches on clindamycin when septoplasty performed. More chance of staph contamination or infection. Drinks 2 quarts of water/day. Take tylenol. Get rest.
