My septum has suddenly become very sore with a constant dull ache. currently use fluticasone since septoplasty on 19th aug. is this normal?

Nasal steroids : You are far out from surgery now, the septum should not be sensitive from the surgery. It may be the fluticasone causing the problem. It can cause nasal irritation and mucosal erosions with bleeding. I suggest you back off on the fluticasone for now and see your ENT soon to check things out. You don't want a septal perforation or hole from the combination of recent surgery and nasal steroids.

See your surgeon: In the meantime be sure to spray the Flonase away from the septum
