Congested LN/chest: May be from PND which may be increased post nasal surgery with activity or can be new onset infection as you are somewhat immunocompromised being post op . Would call you surgeon and discuss use of zyrtec, and antibiotics. Try gargling a bit with salt water ( 1 teaspoon salt in glass water) and elevate head of bed.
