IUD/pregnant?: IUD's are not perfect for birth control. Sometimes, uterine contractions can push the IUD into the cervical canal, which can cause cramping, but cramping can also come from implantation of the fertilized egg. The "creamy discharge" can come from a simple yeast (fungal) infection. See your gyn provider for an exam and treatment.
