Had the mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD for 3 years and still not having a period where i bleed, just brown discharge and painful cramps. Is this normal?
I've had the copper IUD inserted 3 weeks ago and now I have brown discharge with some cramping. My last period 6 weeks ago was brown discharge too.
