Follow up further: Apical Lordotic view refers to the the positioning of the x-ray beam coming from in front of your chest to the film behind you. Heart not enlarged is a normal finding. As for the "suspicious upper lung density"...this is not very specific but indicates he likely saw something that caught his attention and likely needs to be evaluated further either by CT scan or maybe follow up x-ray later.
