A 32-year-old male asked:

i am experiencing fever (better by: rest) (worsened by: exercise or physical activity) (severity: moderate) . the following also describe me: chills?

Often mean infection: For minor infections like a cold, fever and aches go away by themselves. Many people use over-the-counter drugs like Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin, or Advil for temporary relief of fever. If a person has something like strep throat infection or a bacterial sinus infection, antibiotics are a treatment. One's doctor should evaluate, especially if a person has more than minor, temporary fevers.

Can exercise clear out heart inflamation?

Dr. Bac Nguyen
Family Medicine 23 years experience
Cardio conditioning: There are many causes of cardiac inflammation--infections, drug/chemo, radiation effects, excess alcohol, rheumatologic diseases, uncontrolled diabetes etc..While exercise itself does not get rid of inflammation in the heart, it may improve heart function and general health. It can help lower cholesterol/sugar, blood pressure and thus better heart-health. Other diseases must be treated. Good luck.
