Concussion: The brain is encased in the skull. When you get a hit to the skull the delicate brain tissue responds with pain. Concussions are graded I,II,III. You likely have a Grade ll concussion. Need more information. Consult a Doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Sounds ok: "Barely hit my head" sounds minor enough that nothing should become of it. As they say, "Don't sweat the small stuff," but do worry if one gets a giant smack on the head.

Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
