No single choice: Try anything but pills: massage therapy, sexual activity,aromatherapy, meditation, music, candles. OTC melatonin. Prescription medication should be a last resort: Belsomra, ambien,, benadryl, etc- depends on severity of your issues. Please consult your PCP.
