Is it ok to take l-arginine together with clonazepam, gabapentin and zonisamide?

Yes: L-arginine is unlikely to influence the helpful effects or the absorption or metabolism or even the potential negative effects of those medications (which, hopefully, you're not getting). I hope it's helpful toyou.

Based upon your current medication, it appears you have epilepsy. Why would you wish to add L-arginine to the mix? Will not improve or interfere with your medication, but additives accompanying the product could be deleterious. Discuss this with your physician.
