I think you should see a doctor or if taken call for an ambulance now. This can cause cardiac arrest, bleeding, sleepiness

Agree with Dr Romano, as there would be profound adverse interactions if all of these were taken together. Was this an overdose, or a gesture of some kind? Should emotional issues be addressed? Seek help today.
