Odd statement: The medical boards require a physician prescribe based on reasonable medical facts. They are expected to have a patient relationship, keep records, do appropriate exam & testing that support the use of any drug. Failure to do so would place them at risk of sanctions or loss of license. They are free to do as they decide, but don't expect them to risk sanctions for your demands.
