What happens if a males penis bleeds during sex and he is also diagnosed with herpes. did he gave an outbreak?

Uncertain...: Herpes rarely bleeds, so that probably is unrelated to his herpes. However, even without an outbreak, transmission is possible -- although fairly unlikely for any particular exposure. He can take anti-herpes treatment (e.g. valacyclovir, acyclovir) to reduce transmission risk; also use condoms. He should see a doctor about the bleeding.
