What causes stomach bloating, right side constant pain from under ribs through the back/can feel a "clicking" sensation when pressing under ribs?

Pain right side: Where you are describing pain is location of the gallbladder and liver. The gallbladder can cause pain and occasionally nausea, and bloating. The clicking could be the movement of your ribs when you are pressing in the area. If you have had persistent pain, and especially with any fever, please get evaluated.
