A lot of answers: There are many potential answers and you really need to see your doctor to get some studies. Gluten sensitivity can cause some of your symptoms but there are many more common causes than gluten issue. As for your intestinal symptoms, try avoiding dairy for a couple of weeks to see if you may have lactose intolerance which is far more common then celiac.
