Gastritis : The location you are pointing to, the left upper quadrant of the abdomen, is where your stomach is situated. Therefore, your symptoms may indicate an inflammation of the inner lining of your stomach-gastritis - , a stomach ulcer, or gerd due to reflux of gastric contents in the esophagus. See your primary care provider for guidance. You may need to double your Omeprazole dose.
