I'm suffering from lower back-pain presumably caused by a small, moveable lump i can feel between my skin and my spine. the pain has been occurring for about 2 weeks now and is getting more severe with time. what can this be and how can i treat it?

See a doctor: First of all I am not sure this is causing your back pain. You need to see a doctor. Get a diagnosis then treatment. You may have to have this skin lesion removed. Then see how the back pain is
