OK: Ranitidine is a stomach medication and is benign if you took an extra one.

Not to worry: While the recommended dose of ranitidine is 150 mg twice a day, accidentally taking an extra pill won't cause any problem. Certainly, you can control if you are thinking of taking 2 at a time instead of one ... don't do that. But helping to remember if you already took a pill is why people use medication organizers/pill boxes..if the pill is missing from the box you've already taken it:)
