I wouldn't.: If your pain is so severe and is not being quelled by two Zantac (H2 blocker), then I would question whether it is acid reflux. I'd go see a physician. However, you can also consider trial of a proton pump inhibitor like nexium (esomeprazole) instead to see if it helps. I still recommend you seeing your doc.
