I've been prescribed prednisone for my sinus infection . i take 1 daily for 5 days . i took 1 yesterday at 1:00 p.m . i took 2 aleve at 7:30 a.m , can i take my prednisone or will it cause damage ?

Ask Prescriber: Ask your prescribing doctor if you can stop the prednisone. It could be irritating your stomach and causing you the nausea and vomiting. You may still need it- don't have that information available. These are general recommendations. I would consult your doctor as soon as possible to feel better. Sounds like you have are getting over sinusitis and picked up something else

Yes but: Do realize that this combination increases your risk of having stomach inflammation and even bleeding. Are you also on an antibiotic since Prednisone is not the usual medication for sinusitis if taken alone?
