Take them now: You can safely take them both. Especially if you have had no issues with either the flu shot or prednisone. If you have bad sinusitis symptoms, use nasal treatments and saline as possible.

I might wait.: What you are saying may not make sense. The problem is why are you taking prednisone for chronic sinus infections and no antibiotics. A flu shot is not a reason necessarily to wait but you should ask the doctor who prescribed the steroids.
