How would doctors recommend i treat pain in my hips due to sitting on computer for long hours?

Dr. Bertrand Kaper answered

Stretch: Hip pain from sitting for long periods of time is usually due to stiffness in the muscles and tendons around the hips. Standing up to stretch and move every hour or so would help. For specific stretching exercises, see a physical therapist for professional guidance.
