Hello doctor . actually my cervix length was 3.9 at 12 weeks and now at 17 weeks it's 3cms. are there chances to increase the length?

Not likely to: increase in length, not under your control. Usually will slowly get thinner, so should be monitored.

Cervical length: Cervical length decreases with ongoing pregnancy, and to some extent depends on whether you have had previous term pregnancy. There is no way to increase the length, as shortening is very normal, if it occurs without dilation of the cervix. Your ob provider should be able to reassure you by examination when/if the cervical shortening might become problematic.
