is it best to make an appointment.. she just has tingling now should i wait for it to get worse? i just worry if j go too the er they will just send me away.

Tingling: Your daughters symptoms could be related to a neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis. I would seek evaluation from neurologist. That is something you can initiate on Healthtap. IF your daughter would have weakness then go to ER.
