You should see your doctor to have this evaluated. It is not clear what this sensation is from so, if it doesn’t go away, see your doctor. Were you sitting for a prolonged period of time? It could be related to that, if so, and it may go away with you being up and about. If not, see your doctor. Good luck!

There are many things that can cause a weird sensation inside the anus. Commonly pinworms parasites will cause itching in the anus area. Generally something like a hemorrhoid or anal fissure will cause pain.
