Hello,few months or weeks completely avoiding any kind of unhealthy sugary products:milk chocolate,cup cakes,pies,cakes and sweet products(except fruits and vegetables),i started to be more psychologycally under the pressure than i used to be ?

Stress?: If I understand you correctly, you have given up sugar and now feel more stressed. When we withdraw from addictive substances such as sugar we go through a process of withdraw and can feel cranky and ill at ease. This passes over time. Please stay w/your healthier diet. Consider seeing a nutritionist. Peace and good health. You can use a natural product called stevia to replace sugar.
