Psychiatrist: For peace of mind consult a psychiatrist or psychologist for evaluation. You may not have a serious psychiatric problem if you realize that these images are imaginary and don't interfere with your activities of daily living. Although you seem to have sensible insight into your behavior, I still would like a specialist to confirm that there is no significant psychiatric problem going on.
