Yes with caveats: No vaccine is without possible adverse reactions. Heberbiovac hb is a recombinant vaccine for Hepatitis B and its subtypes. As with all vaccines anyone who has had a hypersensitivity reaction to hepatitis-B containing vaccines can have an anaphylactic reaction which can be life threatening
