Accuracy?: From what I have read, fitness trackers may not always be accurate with determining heart rate. What you describe falls into the range of bradycardia (slow) to rapid (tachycardia). I suggest that you actually take your own pulse (obviously if you are awake to do so) and see how that corresponds to the readings on your fitness tracker.
