So i wear a fitbit and i check my sleep every morning.last night i managed to get 2:30 hours of rem.wich i norm only get 1 to 1:30 hours of. i only slept 6:15 mins was awake 1:8 minutes. what can cause a increase of rem and is this a cause for worry?
