See details: Have the more traditional therapies been tried such as cymbalta, lyrica, savella (milnacipran) or gabapentin? If not, they need to be. Do you engage in a regular exercise program? If not, start one. Otherwise you are going to spend your life on narcotics. Fm is unusual in males. So you may want to consider a 2nd opinion.
