Ovulating daily???: Nexplanon is an implant which contains progestins, and if you are basing the "daily ovulation" on your elevated basal body temperature, it may be because of the elevated progestins still remaining from Nexplanon. In any case, your period may not happen until two weeks after a true ovulatory event, which as with any progestin type of birth control, may take more time.
