Year 2 on nexplanon and recently ive been having night sweats , cyst acne and my periods have been very light but painful and dark brown. any reason why im having issues now? should i get it removed? any advice?

Nexplanon is effective birth control, however ovulation is frequently irregular, and sustained estrogen production will lead to thickened endometrial lining, with consequent withdrawal bleeding. Suggest an appointment with a GYN physician for and exam and guidance.
