No: I would not be worried at this point. irregular bleeding is a common side effect of almost all hormonal birth controls. If this persists or becomes bothersome, see your gynecologist. Likely, your periods will lighten up.

No: The brown blood is really just older blood that wasn't shed with your actual period and is not uncommon. Stress and the implanted hormone could be causing you to have more cramping and spotting than usual. Although you don't need to worry that something is wrong with you physically, I would recommend you try and reduce or cope with your stress a little more which will make you feel better overall.
