Old blood: The discharge that you are seeing is old blood. It may represent previously active bleeding from the surgical site after intercourse. Go back to the cone biopsy surgeon and get examined. You should have done that already prior to resuming intimacy so the MD will have a point of reference for the activity of the bleeding.
