See your doc: Any time someone has bleeding after menopause, cancer must be ruled-out. Usually post-menopausal bleeding is from atrophy (or thinning of tissue -- vagina, for example) and this can be treated with vaginal estrogen. However, i implore you to discuss with your gynecologist. There may be other causes. You definitely need an endometrial biopsy.
