ToBeInterpretedByMD: There is something wrong with the results as described by you.There are only 11 WBCs and lymphocytes and mononuclear cells are also WBCs.LP results are always interpreted by the doctor who did the test.Normally there should not be more than 5 WBCs in the spinal fluid.High WBCs&that too only lymphocytes suggest a viral infection.But the results can only be interpreted by the treating doctor/neurolo
