No: The link to HPV is clear-cut, but this won't up risk. Be careful with pens or anything else that can perforate your mucosa or that could become lodged there. If this is something you really want to do, with yourself or with others, fine. There's no understanding personal turn-ons. If this is compulsive / unwanted behavior, a short course of cognitive-behavioral therapy might free you from it.
