Ultrasound report: If "5w4d" refers to the report from an ultrasound scan of your womb, and this refers to the size of a fetus, realtime sonogram should be able to record a heartbeat visually. Without any bleeding, at this point the chances are good that you will not miscarry, but if this is your first pregnancy, miscarriage is more common in general. Later pregnancies should be more predictable.
