This is a bad thing to ask but i want my vp shunt to break bc it is giving me pain but neurosurgeon said its fine how to make it break
My neurosurgeon keeps adjusting my VP shunt and I either overdrain on low settings or underdrain on high settings why is this? Should it be replaced? Adjusting it is just making it worser but they dont do anything else for me which is annoying.
I am having ICP monitoring done because my neurosurgeon thinks my shunt might no longer be working what does this involve?
