For past year,my urine has showed moderate or 1+ blood but NO RBC.I have lupus but no organ involvement.Now shows moderate blood &trace ketones. ??
Stable/controlled lupus on Plaquenil. No hx of organ involvement. Had 100+ protein in urine 1 yr ago & RBC in urine (not UTI) that was missed by doc No protein this time. RBC in urine always (currently 3-5). If BMP is normal, is kidneys no concern?
