Obstruction: If you have had any abdominal surgery it is possible. the more surgeries in the abdomen you've had, the more likely. signs of intestinal obstruction due to scar tissue include nausea/vomiting with eating, not passing gas or having bowel movements or very watery diarrea, abdominal pain and cramping especially after eating/drinking.
