Diagnosed with pneomnia a month ago, since then i having alot of skipped heart beats. went to er because im skipping at times every 4th beat or so. ekg showed sinus rhythm with pac's otherwise normal egc. what is causing/shoud i be worried?

PAC's: For thorough evaluation I recommend a consultation with a cardiologist. He/she will examinations your heart and obtain an echocardiogram to look for valvular or other structural abnormalities, schedule an outpatient holter monitor to determine the frequency of pac's and look for runs of more serious atrial or even ventricular arrhythmias and schedule a treadmill stress test to see exercise effect
