Hello. last week i was walking to class and felt my heart skip a beat. i got an ekg and echo a month ago and they were normal. is this a normal?

Likely so: "skipping beats" as the general population puts them, are manifestations usually of premature ventricular contractions which a person with a normal heart may have from time to time. As a matter of fact, the great majority of people who experience them have no discernible cardiac issues. However, a work up such as the one you had is helpful to make sure there is nothing serious. Sounds ok in you.
